Bring it On

I've been waiting for this type of weather since April:
The miserable heat of summer has finally gone on its merry way. I'm so glad the ugly season is now only a memory. It sapped me of nearly all my creative energy, mainly in the area of fiction-writing.
Summer seems to last longer each year, which is a sorry state of affairs.
