As Time Goes By

It's been two months to the day since I wrote a blog post - where did the time go?
I've been up to my eyeballs with work and family-related medical issues. Since June, I've updated several titles in the Food Fare Culinary Collection with new content and images. The update process includes reformatting text for e-book release (there are specific but different formats for both Amazon and Barnes & Noble). Depending on the length of the book, it takes me anywhere from two to four days per title. It's quite a task, but I'm pleased with the results so far:

Malagasy Matsiro (Madagascar)
The only book cover I overhauled was for Basque Flavors. The "updates" also include new information about a specific country or their culture, so part of my time is spent on research as well. I'm currently working on Mexican Cantina, which is one of the largest e-books in the collection.
As for the family-related medical issues, lets just say we're long overdue for some of the good rather than the bad.
