Presidential Pearls

I kept the History Channel on as I worked yesterday. They were running the series The Presidents, which was fascinating. I'd seen other parts of the program before, but never the entire ball of wax. The series is perhaps the most comprehensive yet summarized account of American Presidents to date.

Narrated by actor Edward Herrmann (who played FDR in the 1976-1977 TV movies Eleanor & Franklin and Eleanor & Franklin: The White House Years), the program was an unpartisan look at the histories and legacies of all Presidents from George Washington to our current leader.
