Author Joe Hill ("Heart-Shaped Box") is actually Joseph Hillstrom King, oldest son of Stephen King.
Joe Hill went the honest and long-way to get his work recognized (submitting work solo, avoiding mention of his famous father), yet there is no way he could help but be identified in the long run.
I'll reserve my impression until I read the book in question.
