Summer Tripe

I'm so tired of waking up to glaring sunshine. I know it sounds odd to those who love summer months, but the ongoing heat has sapped my energy despite the fact I live amidst central air conditioning. Every foray outside exhausts me and makes me ill.
By the time I run an errand and get back into the house, I'm testy and non-talkative. I probably sound trite and whiny, but can't help how much I truly hate summer weather.
No one will ever hear me complain when snow falls, or when rain showers continue for days.
Oh please bring it on…
