I've redone my online CV using a cool template by Barok Eetkamerstoelen via Open Web Design.
Open Web Design is a "community of designers and site owners sharing free web design templates as well as web design information." The designs are part of the Creative Commons Attribution license and Public Domain license.

The Open Web Design project was founded in November 2005 by Aaron "Monkey Man" Nikula as a resource for users with no design skills to quickly put up a site and showcase their content, and as a way for designers to share their designs and showcase their talent.
The templates are always top-notch. I used another one last month for IENA's newsletter. When I'm in a hurry and don't have much time to build something from scratch, I often look to Open Web Design for templates or ideas.
